Submitting Your Data in an Excel WorksheetYou can submit your FAEIS student surveys in an Excel spreadsheet. Click Here to download the worksheet.
What is in the Excel Worksheet?The worksheet has tabs at the bottom for:
How Do I Use A Form in The Worksheet?Select a Form such as Fall Enrollment. Select the name of your institution in cell B4. Enter the name of your college in cell B5, and your name and email address in cell B3. There is a pull down menu for CIP code you can use for each row. Beginning with ROW 7, click on the cell in Column A to select the CIP or discipline. Enter data for this CIP in the columns corresponding to the degree level, ethnicity, gender, etc. How Do I Send You the Worksheet? Name your Excel worksheet with your institution or college name (example: Cal-Pomona_Agric.xls). Return the completed worksheet to the FAEIS Office. After the data have been entered in the database, you will be contacted to review your data online. |
